A refreshing platter of fresh mandarins, pineapple pieces, kiwi fruit and sliced melon.

1 kiwi fruit—peeled and sliced
1 mandarin—peeled, pith removed and broken into segments
½ cup pineapple pieces
2 slices of honeydew melon—seeds removed


ARRANGE fruits attractively on a large platter to serve.

Tip: If mandarins and pineapples are out of season, use canned and drained mandarin segments and pineapple pieces instead.
