A sizzling
dish of shrimp flavored with fresh garlic, sea salt, parsley and served
with lemon wedges. Perfect as an appetizer on its own, or served as part
of a selection of tapas.

large uncooked shrimp (prawns)peeled and deveined with bottom
of tail left intact |

tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
| 2
cloves garlicfinely chopped |
| ½
teaspoon sea salt |
| 1
teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges |
HEAT the oil in a frying
pan over a medium heat and add the shrimp, garlic and salt. COOK for 3 minutes,
tossing regularly. SPRINKLE with parsley and serve with lemon wedges for
squeezing.
Variation:
To make chili-garlic shrimp, add 1 small fresh red chilideseeded
and finely chopped.
