A simple and flavorsome all-purpose dressing that is ideal with Italian-style salads such as Avocado, tomato and basil salad.

2½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
½ clove garlic—minced (crushed)
¼ teaspoon each of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


SHAKE together all ingredients in a screw-top jar until well combined.
