A
tantalizing combination of tangy lemon sorbet with sweet strawberry
sauce.

cup hulled strawberries |
| 2
teaspoons caster (superfine) sugar |
| 2
tablepsoons water |
| 4
small scoops lemon sorbet |
PLACE
the strawberries, caster sugar and water in a blender and process
until smooth. PLACE two small scoops of lemon sorbet in each
bowl and drizzle with strawberry sauce to serve.
Variation:
To make a raspberry sauce use 1 cup of raspberries instead
of strawberries.
