Chunks of sweet, juicy mango, creamy banana, papaya and pineapple make a simple and mouthwatering dessert.

1 mango—peeled and flesh cut into cubes
1 banana—peeled and sliced
¼ papaya—peeled and flesh cut into cubes
½ cup canned pineapple pieces in natural juice—drained (reserve 3 tablespoons of the juice)


COMBINE all fruits and reserved juice in a bowl and toss gently to mix. SERVE by itself or with a scoop of ice cream, fresh or frozen yogurt, or sorbet.

Variation: Other tropical fruits like kiwi fruit and passionfruit make delicious additions.
